In this Guided class you will learn and explore the Ashtanga sequencing and fundamentals while building a foundation of practice.
You will also be given posture modifications and options appropriate for you – your body, your level, your ability – and see how with discipline and within structure there is ample freedom and room for self-expression that honors your current capacity and capability.
Ashtanga Vinyasa Mysore
A supported class with the individual, specific instruction and adjustments as you move at your own pace to the rhythm of your own breath alongside others doing the same.
This is the traditional method of teaching Ashtanga Vinyasa and is appropriate for everyone – those with absolutely no prior experience with yoga, beginners, and seasoned practitioners alike.
*Flexible start and finish times as needed for your schedule
*NOTE: For Mysore classes, you have the flexibility to begin and end your practice as it suits your schedule, anytime during the two-hour time frame, and I will be there to guide you individually and offer specific adjustments.
All bodies and levels welcome, even those with no prior yoga experience. You are encouraged to come regularly in order to establish a rhythm and gradually build upon what you are learning.
