Monthly Special Guided Class
 

The traditional sequence of postures linked by the breath shapes this practice intended to strengthen, open, and heal the body while focusing and steadying the mind. 

In this class, the group is guided verbally to move together with synchronized breath through the traditional sequencing of postures linked by the breath to strengthen, open, and heal the body while focusing and steadying the mind, refining your practice, and receiving support of the teacher and group.

Followed by chai and conversation, if you are able to stay.

*NOTE: This class is not appropriate for those brand new to yoga. Please inquire if you are unsure about joining. You are encouraged to come to Mysore practice to develop your confidence and capacity for these more vigorous classes.
