If you have a desire to feel more connected to yourself and other women, more acceptance for yourself and other women, and a greater a sense of belonging, I hope you will join me.
In this group you will receive coaching while having the space to share, stretch, witness, and be seen in what’s alive for you – your successes and celebrations, as well as your struggles and challenges, and anything else that wants a voice.

2 months of coaching for a group of women who want to feel more connected to themselves and other women, receive coaching, be heard, helped, witnessed, supported, and lovingly challenged

Meet for 3 weeks, take the holidays off (for integration and deepening) then resume in the New Year for 3 more weeks

6 calls total; 75 minutes each

An intimate container for 2-4 women (allowing each to receive ample coaching)

Calls will happen Fridays 12-1:15pm CT (willing to be flexible and adjust for the group once I know who joins)
